Design consulting

What to improve in your product before investing further? Our design consulting helps you find out

In a one-hour video call, our design consulting team will review your concept, prototype, or existing product. We’ll help you improve usability and appeal, choose materials, colors, and finishes (CMF), and explore ways to simplify production.

How it works:

  • We meet on a 20-minute intro call to get to know each other. You outline your goals.
  • We sign an NDA with you.
  • You send us project information (if you have any).
  • We review it (about 1 hour). If there’s a lot of information, we’ll adjust the time and cost and let you know in advance.
  • We agree on a time to discuss it and provide recommendations.
You’ll get concrete recommendations: what to change, why, and what to check first.

We developed and launched many physical products, you can see our cases on this page.

AI can now help create an image or a 3D model. Our design consulting service helps turn concepts into viable products — with ergonomics, use cases, manufacturability, and patentability in mind. Often, it turns out the concept needs more work because AI missed something.

Another common situation: you already have a design partner. That’s great — but sometimes you need a second opinion. It usually makes the project much stronger. We’re happy to provide one.

How a design review helped reduce the production budget by 25%

A real-world example: a client had developed a product on their own but wasn’t too happy with how it looked. Over two calls and five hours of work in between, we refined the product’s proportions and proposed three design options. At the same time, we simplified the design — without sacrificing quality — and reduced the number of molds. This led to significant savings in future production costs.
The client then engaged us to develop the prototype and prepare the product for production.
