We turn your idea into a physical product, developing its form, ergonomics, materials, and finishes alongside the engineering. From market research to prototypes and testing, we refine how it looks, feels, and works — while keeping your brand, user needs, and manufacturing costs in focus.
You get a product design ready for manufacturing, tested prototypes, and technical documentation for production.
We coordinate the specialists and work with manufacturers, so you don’t have to manage separate teams. Packaging design and production support can be included.
UBBO Anti-Vibration Pads — From Research to Production
The goal was to improve vibration reduction and help the washing machine pads stand out from competing products. We researched the market, analyzed over 500 customer reviews, and developed 14 concepts before selecting a direction. We worked on industrial design and engineering in parallel. We measured washing machine vibrations across different operating modes and used the data for engineering analysis. Simulations indicated approximately 15% lower vibration compared with leading alternatives.
We used prototypes to evaluate form, proportions, and usability, then refined dimensions, clearances, and wall thicknesses. Together with our partners, we produced trial molds and samples in the intended production material. We selected colors, transparency, and textures using physical samples, then supported the production launch — coordinating technical details with the manufacturer to preserve the intended design in the finished product. The result: a product taken from research and concept development through to manufacturing and sales, earning an average customer rating of 4.9/5 on online marketplaces.
Product engineering is a vital part of bringing a product to life. It includes design, technical documentation, and prototyping. Our company specializes in product engineering, drawing on our engineers’ experience to create functional and cutting-edge devices from a variety of materials, including polymers and metals
Bringing a product to life from scratch demands meticulous attention to every detail, from the initial concept to the final technical documentation. That’s where industrial design services come in to help.
Developing electronics and embedded software is a complex and demanding process that requires deep knowledge of hardware, programming, and design. Our team boasts exceptional programmers and electronics specialists. This allows us to create mechatronic systems with sophisticated software control, such as peristaltic pumps or vending machine modules
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and topology optimization are essential components in the design and development of innovative products. These techniques enable the identification of an optimal geometry, maximizing strength and reliability while minimizing weight
Our company provides comprehensive engineering documentation services, a critical step in the development of new products. We offer a complete package of documentation required for manufacturing, complying with international standards (GOST, ISO).
Our mockup and prototyping services create pre-production samples to optimize the design process. Developing a new product inevitably involves creating pre-production samples at various design stages. This helps to streamline and even reduce costs, as it allows for identifying potential design flaws and evaluating the effectiveness of decisions early on.
You can involve us at a specific stage or continue with the same team as the project develops.
If engineering, production support, or packaging design becomes necessary later, we can take these stages on without handing the project over to another team.
You stay involved throughout the process. We present work at key stages for review and approval, so important decisions are made together.
Send us whatever you already have — from an idea or sketches to CAD files, technical documentation, research, or a prototype. If the project is already underway, we can review the current state and define the next steps.
Depending on the scope, the result can be a finished product design, prototypes, technical documentation, or a product ready for manufacturing and launch.
The timeline depends on the product and scope. We define the schedule after reviewing the project.
